Refund Policy

We have developed Xpro products with a 100% commitment to providing value to our honorable customers. However, we understand that the products might not work for all customers as per their needs. Keeping this in mind, we have a friendly refund policy for everyone who purchases our products. If you are not satisfied with Xpro products, or you have any issue we may not be able to resolve then you may avail our 14 days refund policy on your original purchase.

The policy comes with a few conditions mentioned below:

  • Xpro will only cater to refund claims that are made within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, no refund claims shall be entertained
  • We try to refund the amount as soon as possible. However, in some cases, it may take time due to delays in funds transfer in different regions
  • If your issue is/can be resolved by our Technical Support staff then the refund cannot be claimed
  • By submitting a refund claim, you will be withdrawn from all ownership and license rights of Xpro products. You will agree upon ceasing to use any of our products against which a refund claim is requested
  • Xpro reserves the right to decline any refund request if deemed necessary
